Ing Heng Credit: three-language SEO websites for loan enquiries
Ing Heng Credit is a licensed money lender and asset-financing business. The work covers business loans, hire purchase and financing enquiries for larger assets such as machines, helicopters, boats and luxury items.
The project was not built around one generic website.
It was built around language-specific search demand.
The setup
We set up three websites:
- Malay:
kreditloan.my - Chinese:
inghengcredit.my - English:
inghengcredit.com
Each site gave Google a clearer language and search-intent path instead of forcing all visitors through one mixed page.
The result reported by the client
The project brief reports website enquiries with zero Google ad spend.
One client message from Neecia showed top converting pages for SME business loan and crane financing pages, followed by:
We got enquiry from boat maker.

Why the structure worked
Loan and financing searches are specific.
A person searching in Malay may not use the same words as a Chinese or English searcher. A crane financing search is not the same as a general business loan search. A large-asset buyer needs a page that feels directly relevant.
The structure helped separate:
- Language intent
- Loan-service intent
- Asset-financing intent
- WhatsApp enquiry intent
What other businesses can learn
If your customers search in different languages, one mixed-language website can weaken the message.
For some businesses, separate language sites or tightly separated language pages give each searcher a clearer path.
That is especially useful when the buyer searches for a specific service, asset or problem.
